综述了二维多铁材料的物理和化学制备方法，简要介绍了其性能调控手段，包括掺杂、引入缺陷和形成异质结，并在此基础上展望了二维多铁性材料目前存在的问题及未来的研究方向。

Physical and chemical preparation methods for two-dimensional multiferroic materials are reviewed, and the corresponding performance control methods are briefly introduced, including doping, leading defects and forming heterojunctions.On this basis, the existing problems and future research directions for two-dimensional multiferroic materials are analyzed and predicted.
