摘要
为改进传统粉煤灰合成沸石制备样品纯度及结晶度相对不高的问题,在水热法的基础上出现了碱熔融合成法、微波辅助合成法、晶种诱导合成法、超临界水热法、固相合成法等。介绍了粉煤灰制备沸石的常用方法及影响因素,阐述了粉煤灰合成沸石的应用进展。固体废弃物制备的沸石具有良好的活性及吸附性能,可广泛应用于废水处理、废气处理、催化剂载体、土壤改良等领域,效果理想且成本较低,可实现以废治废。
Abstract
To improve the purity and crystallinity of zeolite samples prepared from fly ash, alkali fusion method, microwave assisted synthesis method, crystal seed induction synthesis method, supercritical hydrothermal method and solid phase synthesis method have been developed on the basis of hydrothermal method.This paper introduces common methods and influencing factors for zeolite preparation from fly ash, and expounds the application progress in zeolite synthesis from fly ash.Zeolite prepared from solid wastes has good activity and adsorption properties, which can be widely used in wastewater treatment, waste gas treatment, catalyst carrier, soil improvement and other fields.The effect is ideal and the cost is low, while solid wastes can be reutilized.
