摘要
氢能作为"能源互联网"的纽带,不仅来源广泛、低碳环保、灵活高效、应用场景多,还便于储备和运输。氢气储运是氢能发展中的重要环节,而高压储氢容器的安全性是长期困扰氢气储运的问题。以加氢站固定式高压储氢容器为研究对象,针对不同结构的加氢站系统,总结了其中储氢容器的特点。对近3年储氢系统中高压储氢容器发生的事故进行汇总,从设计、配件、设备、人才方面存在的安全问题进行分析,并提出安全性相关的建议,对未来高压储氢容器的发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract
As a tie of "energy internet", hydrogen energy has a wide range of sources and many application scenarios, remarks with low-carbon, environmental friendliness, flexible and efficiency, and is convenient for storage and transportation.Hydrogen storage and transportation is a key link in the development of hydrogen energy, and the safety of high-pressure hydrogen storage vessel is a problem that has perplexed hydrogen storage and transportation for a long time.Therefore, taking the fixed high-pressure hydrogen storage vessel in the hydrogen fueling station as the research object, the hydrogen fueling station systems with different structures are introduced, and the characteristics of hydrogen storage vessel in the hydrogen fueling station are summarized.The accidents happened at high-pressure hydrogen storage vessel in the hydrogen storage system are reviewed, and the existing risks in design, accessories, equipment and talents are analyzed, and related suggestions are given.The development direction for high-pressure hydrogen storage vessel in the future are predicted.
