摘要

以回收利用酸性废水中的H2SO4为目标,利用互贯法制备了含有—NR2H+和—SO3-阴、阳功能基团的两性蛇笼树脂,并进行磺酸基分配系数测定、红外光谱表征、总交换量测定、静态吸附和动态吸附-脱附研究。结果表明,反应前4 h温度为80℃、后4 h温度为70℃、n(NR2H+):n(SO3-)=1:1.5为树脂的最佳合成条件。吸附过程主要是以内盐键为吸附位点的Langmuir型单分子层化学吸附,且符合拟一级动力学模型。树脂吸附量随温度升高而降低,室温下最大吸附量为4.1 mmol/g,在35 min时即可达到吸附平衡,用去离子水即可实现两性蛇笼树脂的脱附再生。

Abstract

With the goal of recycling H2SO4 from acidic wastewater, an amphoteric snake-cage resin containing -NR2H+, -SO3- anion and cation functional groups is prepared by means of the interpenetration method, and its sulfonic group distribution coefficient is measured.The infrared spectroscopy of the resin is characterized.Total exchange capacity, static adsorption, and dynamic adsorption-desorption research are also performed on the resin.The optimal synthetic conditions for the resin are obtained as follows:temperature remains at 80℃ within the first 4 h of the reaction and 70℃ within the last 4 h, and n(NR2H+):n(SO3-)=1:1.5.The adsorption process is mainly a Langmuir-type monolayer chemical adsorption with internal salt bonds as the adsorption site, and conforms to the pseudo-first-order kinetic model.The adsorption capacity of the resin decreases with the rising temperature.The maximum adsorption capacity at room temperature is 4.1 mmol·g-1, and the adsorption equilibrium can be reached in 35 min.Deionized water can be used to achieve the desorption and regeneration of the amphoteric snake-cage resin.
