摘要

以螺蛳蛋白(Msp)为原料,通过转谷氨酰胺酶(TGase)钙双交联反应制备了大分子质量的酶交联螺蛳蛋白/Ca2+絮凝剂(TGase-Msp/Ca2+),利用FT-IR、SEM-EDS、Zeta电位对其结构进行表征,考察了TGase-Msp/Ca2+对高岭土悬浮液絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,Ca2+浓度影响TGase-Msp/Ca2+的絮凝性能,在Ca2+浓度为0.2 mol/L时TGase-Msp/Ca2+因具有良好的桥接作用和电荷中和能力,表现出优秀的絮凝性能并具有较小污泥体积。在TGase-Msp/Ca2+用量为1.25 mL、pH为6时,浊度去除率达到99.89%,污泥体积分数为28 mL/L。同时,TGase-Msp/Ca2+具有很宽的絮凝范围,在pH 2~12的范围内去除率达到97%以上,絮体粒径达到18 μm,沉降速度为2.21 mm/s。

Abstract

A large molecular weight enzyme-crosslinked mud snail protein/Ca2+ flocculant (TGase-Msp/Ca2+) is prepared through double cross-linking with transglutaminase (TGase) and calcium with mud snail protein (Msp) as raw materials, and its structure is characterized by FT-IR, Zeta, SEM-EDS.The influences of TGase-Msp/Ca2+ on the flocculation performance of kaolin suspensions are investigated.It is verified that Ca2+ content influences the flocculation performance of TGase-Msp/Ca2+.As Ca2+ content is 0.2 mol·L-1, TGase-Msp/Ca2+ has good bridging and charge neutralization ability, which makes it exhibit excellent flocculation performance and generate a small sludge volume.The removal rate of turbidity reaches 99.89% and the volume fraction of sludge is 28 mL·L-1 when pH is 6 and the dosage of TGase-Msp/Ca2+ is 1.25 mL.In addition, TGase-Msp/Ca2+ has a wide flocculation range.The removal rate of turbidity can exceed 97% in the range of pH 2-12.Meanwhile, the floc particle size of TGase-Msp/Ca2+ reaches 18 μm with a settling rate of 2.21 mm·L-1.
