摘要

以氧化铝和改性Y分子筛为载体、硫代钼酸铵为钼源及硝酸镍、柠檬酸镍、乙酰丙酮镍为镍源,通过混捏-等体积浸渍法制备不同镍源的含硫前体加氢裂化催化剂。通过NH3-TPD、TPR、XRD、HRTEM等对其进行表征。结果表明,以硝酸镍为镍源时,含硫前体加氢裂化催化剂总酸量和中强酸酸量最大,活性组分在载体表面分散均匀,与载体间作用力弱,易于还原,催化剂活性相片晶长度和片晶层数得到较好匹配,暴露出更多的边角棱位,产生较多的加氢活性位。评价结果表明,以硝酸镍为镍源制备的催化剂催化产物的选择性和收率均达到最佳值。

Abstract

Taking aluminum oxide and modified Y molecular sieve as supports, ammonium thiomolybdate as molybdenum source, nickel nitrate, nickel citrate and nickel acetyl acetone as nickel source respectively, sulfur-containing precursor hydrocracking catalysts from different nickel sources are prepared by kneading-incipient wetness impregnation method.The catalyst samples are characterized by means of NH3-TPD, TPR, XRD and HRTEM.The results show that as nickel nitrate is used as the nickel source, both total acid content and medium strong acid content of sulfur-containing precursor hydrocracking catalyst are the highest, the active component evenly disperses on the surface of the support, the interaction between the active component and the support is weak and easy to be reduced, the lamellar crystals length and the number of lamellar layers of the catalyst are well matched each other, more edges and angles are exposed, generating a high hydrogenation activity.The evaluation results show that the selectivity and yield of the catalyst prepared with nickel nitrate as nickel source reach the best values.
