摘要

针对工业生产过程中的PM2.5、PM10微细粉尘颗粒较难去除问题,综述了化学团聚剂在微细颗粒预处理的应用情况,讨论了不同类型团聚剂的作用机理、研究现状、除尘效果、存在不足等。团聚剂按照作用机制分为易于黏附颗粒的黏结型团聚剂、降低颗粒表面张力的湿润型团聚剂、黏结型与湿润性结合的耦合型团聚剂、直接吸收细颗粒的吸附型团聚剂。通过团聚剂对微细颗粒去除效果的比较,发现黏结型团聚剂中效果较好的是聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),湿润型团聚剂中效果较优的是十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS);耦合型团聚剂作用效果明显优于湿润型和黏结型;吸附型团聚剂中研究较多的是高岭土。在应用化学团聚剂处理微细颗粒除尘时,为达到工业生产的超低排放标准,建议将耦合型团聚剂与吸附型团聚剂联合使用,效果好于单独使用某种团聚剂。

Abstract

Aiming at the difficulty in removing PM2.5 and PM10 fine dust particles generated in industrial production, the application of chemical agglomeration agents in the pretreatment of fine particles is reviewed.The action mechanism, research status, dust removal effect, and shortcomings of different agglomeration agents are discussed.According to the action mechanism, agglomeration agents are divided into four types:the bonding type of agglomeration agents that are easy to adhere to particles, the wetting type of agglomeration agents that can reduce the surface tension of particles, the coupling type of agglomeration agents that combine bonding and wettability, and the adsorption type of agglomeration agents that can absorb particle directly.Through comparing the effects of various types of glomeration agents on the removal of fine particles, it is found that polyacrylamide (PAM) has the better effect among the binding type, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) has the higher effect among the wetting type.The coupling type of agglomeration agents exhibit obviously better effect than the wetting and bonding types.Among the adsorption type of agglomeration agents, kaolin is more researched.As the chemical agglomeration agents are applied to remove fine dust particles, it is recommended to use the coupling type in combination with the adsorption type, which is better than using an agglomeration agent alone and can meet the ultra-low emission standard for industrial production,
