This review mainly summarizes the research progress about the application of MOFs, MOFs-based complexes and MOFs derivatives in the adsorption of PPCPs pollutants from aqueous solution.The effects of pH of the solution, the initial concentration of PPCPs, ionic strength and other factors on the adsorption performance and mechanism of MOFs-based materials are discussed.The research direction on the application of MOFs-based materials in the removal of PPCPs from water is prospected.
