摘要
通过氧化钙和双酚A成功制备了在废TBP有机溶剂中分散性较好的改性氢氧化钙,利用XRD、SEM和FT-IR对其结构进行了表征,并对不同条件下制备的改性氢氧化钙在TBP有机溶剂中的分散性能进行了比较。结果表明,在双酚A质量为1.5 g、反应温度为75℃、反应时间为1.5 h的最佳条件下制备出的氢氧化钙改性效果最好,与废TBP有机溶剂配制的料液可以在80 h内保持稳定。
Abstract
When calcium hydroxide is used as a phosphorus-fixing agent in the pyrolysis treatment process of waste tributyl phosphate (TBP) solvent,it shows poor compatibility to TBP,and is easy to settle and stratify.Therefore,the modified calcium hydroxide with good dispersibility in waste TBP is successfully prepared from calcium oxide and bisphenol A,and its structure is characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The dispersion properties of modified calcium hydroxide,which is prepared under different conditions,in TBP solvent are compared.The modified calcium hydroxide,which is prepared under the optimum conditions that the mass of bisphenol A is 1.5 g,the reaction temperature is at 75℃,and reaction lasts for 1.5 h,has the best modification effect.The feed liquid prepared between modified calcium hydroxide and waste TBP can remain stable for 80 h.
