摘要

“双碳”是我国应对气候变化的强力举措,同时也给炼化行业发展带来机遇和挑战。作为节能降碳的重点行业,炼化企业需要从全生命周期探索碳减排路径,引领行业绿色、低碳、安全和高质量发展。概述了实现"碳中和"的6条路径,即强化过程节能减排,实现能源高效利用;绿氢、绿电在炼化企业中大规模应用;能源型向化工型、材料型高端化发展;加大碳捕集与利用技术的研发投入;建立碳交易、碳汇机制和市场,助力碳中和目标实现;探索核电-炼化一体化发展模式。提出了炼化企业转型发展对策与方法,为未来炼化企业实现转型发展提供借鉴和思路。

Abstract

The proposal of "emission peak and carbon neutrality" target is a strong measure for China to deal with climate change,and it also brings opportunities and challenges to the development of the refining and petrochemical industry.As a key industry to save energy and reduce carbon emission,petrochemical companies need to explore carbon emission reduction paths from the entire life cycle to lead the industry's green,low-carbon,safe and high-quality development.Six paths to achieve "carbon neutrality" are outlined,(a)strengthening process energy saving and emission reduction,and achieving efficient use of energy;(b)promoting large-scale application of green hydrogen and green power in petrochemical enterprises;(c)energy-oriented companies shall transform towards chemical-oriented,or materials-oriented company;(d)increasing research and development investment in carbon capture and utilization technologies;(e)establishing carbon trading,carbon sink mechanisms and markets;(f)exploring the integration of nuclear power and petrochemical companies.The proposed countermeasures and methods may provide references for future transformation and development of refining and chemical enterprises.
