摘要
简单介绍了甲醇制芳烃(MTA)反应机理,总结归纳其集总动力学,详细介绍了MTA固定床、流化床2类工艺路线,发现芳构化与烷基化、歧化反应协同可提高二甲苯的收率;介绍了化工流程模拟软件Aspen在MTA工艺中的模拟应用;最后提出需对MTA动力学和积碳动力学进行深入研究,利用Aspen建立MTA全流程模拟并进行能效、经济分析,以确定较优工艺,为工业化生产提供参考。
Abstract
The reaction mechanism of methanol to aromatics (MTA) is introduced, and the lumped dynamics of MTA is summed up.Moreover, two process routes for MTA such as fixed bed and fluidized bed are introduced in detail.It is found that the synergistic action between aromatization and alkylation or disproportionation can increase the yield of xylene.The application of chemical process simulation software such as Aspen in MTA process is introduced.Finally, it is proposed to promote the research on MTA kinetics and carbon deposition kinetics, establish full-process simulation for MTA by means of Aspen software, and conduct energy and economic analysis to choose the optimal process, which can provide parameters for industrial production.
