我国高度重视固体废物处置利用工作，陆续出台了相关法律法规，各行业协同处置利用固体废物产业迅速发展。目前，水泥、混凝土、陶粒、钢铁等行业利用各自的设备、工艺、材料等不同特点协同处置利用各种固体废物得到了广泛的研究与应用，但是仍面临缺乏顶层设计及技术文件、影响设备和产品产量及质量、产品环境风险不确定、产品所占市场份额有待提高等问题。因此，需要完善固体废物被各行业协同处置利用的相关法律法规、政策和标准，加大研究力度，开展各行业协同处置利用固体废物的试点示范。

China pays more attention to the disposal and utilization of solid wastes, and has promulgated relevant laws and regulations one after another.China's various industries develop rapidly the collaborative disposal and utilization of solid wastes.At present, China's various industries such as cement, concrete, ceramsite, steel have extensively researched and applied the collaborative disposal and utilization of various solid wastes by means of the different characteristics of the industries' own equipment, process, material, etc.However, there still confronts various problems, such as lacking top-level design and technical documentation, adversely impacting on equipment, as well as the yield and quality of products, the uncertain environmental risk from products, and the insufficient product market share.Therefore, it is necessary for China to improve relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards for the collaborative disposal and utilization of solid wastes by various industries, increase research effort, and carry out the demonstration of the collaborative disposal and utilization of solid wastes in various industries.
