摘要
采用Fenton-电氧化工艺对垃圾填埋场渗滤液纳滤浓缩液进行中试,研究了不同条件下电氧化对COD、氯离子、氨氮和硝酸盐氮等的去除效果,并进行了能耗分析。结果表明,Fenton-电氧化工艺对浓缩液中的污染物处理效果较好,在电氧化时间8 h后,对COD、氨氮、氯离子去除率分别达到96%、99%、51%,吨水能耗为67~92 kWh,控制电流密度可以有效降低能耗。本试验在处理效果和能耗等方面达到了预期效果,可以为电氧化法处理渗滤液膜滤浓缩液的工程应用提供参考。
Abstract
Fenton electro-oxidation process is taken to perform pilot-scale treatment to the nanofiltration concentrate of landfill leachate.The removal effects of COD, chloride ion, ammoniacal nitrogen and nitrate-nitrogen by the electro-oxidation process are studied under different conditions, and the energy consumption is also analyzed.The results show that Fenton electro-oxidation process has a good effect on the treatment of pollutants in the nanofiltration concentrate.The removal rates of COD, ammoniacal nitrogen and chloride ion reach 96%, 99% and 51%, respectively after the electro-oxidation has performed for 8 h.The energy consumption is 67-92 kWh per ton of water, and the energy consumption can be effectively reduced by controlling current density.This pilot test has achieved the expected results in terms of treatment effect and energy consumption, which can provide a reference for the engineering application of electro-oxidation for the treatment of leachate membrane filtration concentrate.
