摘要
针对1-十二烯水合制2-十二醇反应,开展了催化剂制备和筛选以及反应工艺条件优化的研究。结果表明,在各种催化剂中,通过负载磷钨酸和双亲改性的β分子筛催化剂对于1-十二烯水合制2-十二醇反应具有最佳的催化活性。在该催化剂下,在优化的反应条件下C12醇单程收率和选择性分别为5.5%和100%。
Abstract
The direct hydration of olefins to corresponding alkanols is of significant importance in both the theoretical and industrial areas.In view of the hydration of 1-C12 olefin to 2-C12 alkanol, research is performed on the preparation and screening of the catalysts as well as the influence of reaction parameters.It is found among various catalysts, the amphiphilic phosphotungstic acid-supported β zeolite catalyst behaves the best, over which the single pass yield and selectivity of dodecanol achieve 5.5% and 100%, respectively under optimized reaction conditions.
