摘要

概述了山梨醇脱水制备异山梨醇反应机理;分析了影响山梨醇脱水过程的因素;综述了山梨醇脱水制备异山梨醇催化剂的最新研究进展,重点论述了均相催化剂、多相催化剂和新型离子液体催化剂的研究现状,并分析了各自的优缺点,新型离子液体催化剂因反应速率快、易于分离等优点而具有很好的应用前景;最后指明了开发更加高效、高选择性、稳定性好、重复利用率高的离子液体催化剂是今后的发展方向。

Abstract

The mechanism of sorbitol dehydration to isosorbitol is overviewed and the factors affecting the dehydration of sorbitol are analyzed.Latest progress on the catalysts for dehydration of sorbitol to isosorbitol is reviewed, with emphasis on homogeneous catalysts, heterogeneous catalysts and novel ionic liquid catalysts.The advantages and disadvantages of these catalysts are analyzed and compared.Novel ionic liquid catalyst is very promising in dehydration of sorbitol due to high reaction rate and easy separation.Future development trends are suggested to focus on the exploitation of a novel ionic liquid catalyst with more efficiency, high selectivity, good stability and high recycling rate.
