摘要

随着脱硝行业对钒钛系SCR催化剂的需求量逐年递增,产生的报废钒钛系SCR催化剂的量也随之增加。废钒钛系SCR催化剂含有大量有价金属,其回收与再利用对环境保护和资源的循环利用意义重大。综述了废钒钛系SCR催化剂有价金属回收的研究进展,重点分析了有价金属回收不同技术的主要过程、原理及优缺点;还介绍了废钒钛系SCR催化剂再利用的研究进展。回收废钒钛系SCR催化剂再利用制备成新脱硝催化剂符合资源循环经济发展要求,是今后的主要发展方向。

Abstract

The increasing demand for vanadium-titanium SCR catalyst in the denitrification industry has led to the increasing amount of spent V-Ti SCR catalysts.Spent V-Ti SCR catalysts contain a large number of valuable metals, and their recovery and reuse are of great significance to environmental protection and resource recycling.Research progress on recovery of valuable metals from spent V-Ti SCR catalysts is reviewed.Main process, principle, advantages and disadvantages of different recovery technologies for valuable metals are analyzed.Research progress on the reuse of spent V-Ti SCR catalysts is also introduced.New denitrification catalyst is prepared by using the recovered spent V-Ti SCR catalysts, meeting the requirements of resource recycling economy and representing a mainstream development direction in the future.
