摘要

天然橡胶乳胶经浓缩离心后的副产物为胶清,胶清中含有短链橡胶烃、蛋白质等成分,经处理后可制成胶清胶,具有回收价值。综述了橡胶胶清液常用的回收方法,分析了各方法的优缺点。提出膜分离技术分离回收胶清具有分离效率高和减少酸性废水排放等优点,并分析了膜污染对膜分离工艺的影响,认为膜污染是膜分离技术用于胶清浓缩分离必须解决的关键问题。

Abstract

Latex skim, the by-product of natural rubber latex after concentration and centrifugation, contains short-chain rubber hydrocarbons, proteins and other components.It can be made into latex skim rubber after treatment, showing a significance of recycling.This article reviews the commonly used recovery methods for latex skim, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.It is proposed that membrane separation technology has the advantages of high separation efficiency and lower acidic wastewater discharge.Influences of membrane fouling on the membrane separation process are discussed.It is believed that membrane fouling is a key problem that must be solved if membrane separation technology is used for concentration separation of latex skim.
