摘要
总结了从水溶液中分离回收高沸点有机物的几种方法(萃取、吸附、氧化和膜分离法),比较了这几种方法的分离效果,其中膜分离法中的渗透汽化技术因具有节能、高效等优势被广泛应用于液体分离方面。简述了不同种类渗透汽化膜对高沸点有机物分离回收的性能,通过比较发现,基于有机骨架材料的混合基质膜不但能够提高膜的抗溶胀性能,而且由于有机骨架材料中有机配体和有机基质的强相互作用,减小了膜的界面缺陷,从而提高了膜的分离性能。
Abstract
Several methods for separating and recovering high-boiling organics from aqueous solution are reviewed, including extraction, adsorption, oxidation, and membrane separation methods.The separation effects of these methods are compared.Among them, the pervaporation technology in membrane separation method is widely used in liquid separation due to its advantages of energy-saving and efficient.The performances of different types of pervaporation membranes for the separation and recovery of high-boiling organics are described briefly.It is found that the organic frameworks-based mixed matrix membranes can improve the anti-swelling performance of the membrane.In addition, strong interaction between the organic ligands in organic frameworks and the organic matrix reduces the interface defects of membranes, thereby improving the separating performance of membranes.
