摘要

针对山地油气管道在建设、生产运行和泄露失效时会对管道周围的环境造成污染问题，提出了油气管道沿线环境保护与污染管控措施。

Abstract

Oil and gas pipelines in mountain areas may pollute the environment around the pipeline in case of construction, production operation and leakage failure.The environmental protection and pollution control measures along oil and gas pipelines are put forward.
