摘要

采用超声波辅助离子液体法从废弃棉杆中提取了木质素,探究了反应时间、反应温度、离子液体种类及水和离子液体体积比对木质素提取率的影响;对木质素进行结构与性能表征,并探究了其作为抗氧剂对聚丙烯树脂(PP)性能的影响。结果表明,当反应时间为2 h、反应温度为50℃、离子液体为[Bmim]Cl、V(水):V(离)=0:5时,木质素提取率为89.95%。红外光谱与工业木质素标准谱带基本一致,具有较好的热稳定性,微观形貌呈多孔球形。当木质素质量分数为0.5%时,PP的氧化诱导时间提高了78.72%,拉伸强度为37.50 MPa,断裂伸长率为654.97%,10 min静态毛细管流变性能保持最好。

Abstract

Lignin is extracted from waste cotton stalks using ultrasonic assisted ionic liquid method.The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, the type of ionic liquid and the volume ratio of water to ionic liquid on the extraction rate of lignin are investigated.The structure and properties of lignin extracted are characterized, and the effect of the extracted lignin as an antioxidant on the properties of polypropylene resin (PP) is explored.The results indicate that the extraction rate of lignin can reach 89.95% when the reaction time is 2 h, the reaction temperature is at 50℃, the ionic liquid[Bmim]Cl is used and V(water):V([Bmim]Cl)=0:5.FT-IR spectrum of the extracted lignin is basically consistent with the standard spectrum of industrial lignin.The extracted lignin exhibits good thermal stability and porous spherical micromorphology.As the content of lignin is 0.5 wt%, the oxidation induction time of PP is prolonged by 78.72%, the tensile strength reaches 37.50 MPa, the elongation at break is 654.97%, and the static capillary rheology maintains the best for 10 min.
