摘要

利用浸渍还原法首次合成绿色环保的Ni-B/KIT-6催化剂,并将其用于α-蒎烯加氢反应。结果表明,与其他催化剂相比,镍系催化剂具有成本低、绿色环保的优点,在较为经济的工艺条件下,能使α-蒎烯加氢达到极高的催化活性;顺式蒎烷在催化剂循环8次后选择性依旧保持在97%以上,高于国内外现有研究水平。最后对催化剂结构进行探讨并分析其失活的原因。

Abstract

Cis-pinane which can be produced through the hydrogenation of α-pinene has important research value in the fields of perfumery and medicine.Ni-B/KIT-6, an environmentally friendly catalyst, is synthesized for the first time by the impregnation reduction method, and used in α-pinene hydrogenation reaction.Compared with other catalysts, the catalyst has the advantages of low cost and environmentally friendliness, and can make α-pinene hydrogenation achieve extremely high catalytic activity under more economical process conditions.The selectivity of cis-pinane remains above 97% after the catalyst has been cycled for 8 times, which is higher than current research level.The structure of the catalyst and the reasons of its deactivation are discussed.
