摘要

从3个方面总结阐述了农林废弃物生物质水热液化的研究现状,包括原料的特性(组分、预处理和溶剂等)、操作条件(温度与停留时间等)的影响以及催化剂的作用;指出生物油是多方面作用的产物,优化协调各因素才能取得最佳液化效果。最后,对农林废弃物生物质水热液化的研究前景进行了展望,认为分析完善其反应机理、分步液化提高转化效率和研制高效稳定的催化剂是今后的研究方向。

Abstract

This review introduces the composition of biomass in agricultural and forestry waste and the hydrothermal liquefaction reaction mechanism for main compounds (cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) of the biomass.The research status of hydrothermal liquefaction of biomass in agricultural and forestry wastes is summarized and elaborated from three aspects, including the properties of raw materials (components, pretreatment and solvents, etc.), the effect of operating conditions (temperature and residence time, etc.) and the role of catalysts.It is pointed out that bio-oil is the product affected by multiple factors, so the best liquefaction effect can be achieved by optimizing and coordinating various factors.The research prospects of the hydrothermal liquefaction of agricultural and forestry waste biomass are predicted.It is proposed that analysis and improvement of the reaction mechanism, step-by-step liquefaction to improve conversion efficiency, and development of efficient, stable catalysts are the future research directions.
