摘要

光催化涂层/薄膜的材料体系包括氧化物、硫化物、氮化物、磷化物及其表面改性和新兴的材料体系。光催化涂层/薄膜的制备工艺主要包括液相法、气相法和电化学法等,指出各工艺利弊和制备工艺对薄膜光催化性能的影响。介绍了光催化涂层/薄膜材料的某些特殊微纳结构(核壳结构及中空结构、介孔结构、碳包覆结构)及其结构调控的方法;总结展望了光催化涂层/薄膜材料在制备、结构调控及其应用方面存在的问题及未来的发展趋势。通过对制备工艺和材料体系的研究设计,提高光利用率,实现光催化薄膜的结构和性能等方面的调控,未来光催化涂层/薄膜材料应向着可持续的产业化方向不断发展。

Abstract

This paper introduces the material systems of photocatalytic coatings/films,including oxides,sulfides,nitrides,phosphides and its surface modification,and emerging material system.The preparation processes for photocatalytic coatings/films include liquid phase method,gas phase method and electrochemical method.And it points out the pros and cons of each process,and describes the influence of preparation process on the photocatalytic performance of the film.Some special micro-nano structures (core-shell and hollow structures,mesoporous structures,carbon-coated structures) of photocatalytic coating/film materials and their structural control methods are reviewed.The existing problems and future development trend for photocatalytic coating/thin film materials in preparation process,structure control and application are summarized and prospected.Through the study and design on the preparation process and material system,the light utilization rate is improved,and the structure and performance of the photocatalytic film are controlled,and controllable synthesis can also be achieved.It is predicted that photocatalytic coating/film materials will develop towards sustainable industrialization in the future.
