摘要

为了降低能耗,同时满足柔性器件的制作需求,低温(≤ 200℃)制备无机钙钛矿材料至关重要。介绍了低温制备无机钙钛矿电池材料的研究进展,总结了在低温下制备无机钙钛矿电池材料的方法,并对无机钙钛矿电池材料的低温制备以及无机钙钛矿太阳能电池的发展做出了展望。

Abstract

In order to reduce energy consumption and meet the manufacturing needs of flexible devices,it is very important to prepare inorganic perovskite solar cells (PSCs) materials at a low temperature (≤ 200℃).Research progress in preparation of inorganic PSCs materials at a low temperature is reviewed.The methods for preparing inorganic PSCs materials at low temperature are summarized.Finally,the prospects of the preparation of inorganic PSCs materials at a low temperature and the development of inorganic PSCs are presented.
