目前国内煤制天然气企业经济效益不乐观，实际产量低、综合成本较高、成本与售价倒挂、生产运营困难。分析了煤制天然气示范项目生产运营困难的四大主要原因；提出解决现有煤制天然气企业生存问题的思路，一方面需从降低成本和投资、切实提高效益、提高煤制天然气企业竞争力，另一方面则需要切实解决调峰困难、解决企业开工时间不足、产能闲置的困境。从技术升级改造及调整产品结构方面入手，提出了4种不同产品技术路线对现有煤制天然气企业的主工艺装置进行技术改造升级，以期打破煤制天然气企业困境，为企业生存解困，实现企业良性发展。

At present,China's coal to natural gas companies experience bad economic situation,with low actual output,high comprehensive cost,upside down between cost and price,and difficult production and operation.Four main reasons which cause the dilemma are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on technology upgrading and modification.On the one hand,coal to natural gas companies need to reduce costs and investment,effectively improve operational efficiency and enhance the competitiveness.On the other hand,it is necessary to effectively solve the difficulties of peak shaving,insufficient operation rate and idle production capacity.Four kinds of technical routes through upgrading technology optimizing product mix portfolio are proposed for existing coal to natural gas companies to break out the difficult situation and realize a sound development.
