摘要
通过批量吸附实验对单宁-聚乙烯亚胺(TAP)吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的性能进行研究。结果表明,TAP对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附受pH影响显著,当温度为60℃、溶液初始质量浓度为200 mg/L、pH为3时,其吸附量为73.96 mg/g。TAP对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,吸附过程为吸热反应。利用SEM、FT-IR和XPS对吸附前后的TAP进行表征,结果表明,该吸附剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附机制主要以化学还原与螯合作用为主,吸附剂上的—OH和—NH2基团参与了反应。
Abstract
Tannin-polyethylenimine (TAP), a new adsorbent, is prepared. The adsorption properties of TAP to Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution is investigated through batch adsorption experiments. Results show that the adsorption behavior of TAP to Cr(Ⅵ) is significantly affected by pH value. The adsorption capacity of TAP to Cr(Ⅵ) reaches 73.96 mg·g-1 when the temperature remains at 60℃, initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) in the solution is 200 mg·L-1 and pH=3.0. The adsorption behavior accords with Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order model, and thermodynamic analyses implies that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by TAP is an endothermic reaction. SEM, FT-IR and XPS are utilized to characterize TAP before and after adsorbing Cr(Ⅵ). It is shown that the adsorption mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ) by TAP exhibits mainly chemical reduction and chelation, and the —OH and —NH2 groups on TAP involve in the adsorption process.
