摘要
选取2种不同氧化铝作为载体制备催化剂,利用费托蜡加氢裂化小试装置评价2种加氢裂化催化剂对反应性能的影响,同时采用低温氮气吸脱附、X射线衍射和吡啶-红外漫反射等表征手段对2种氧化铝及其加氢裂化催化剂的结构和物化性质进行分析。结果表明,Cat.-B催化剂重质蜡油转化率为98.46%,轻质燃料油选择性为92.76%;而Cat.-A催化剂重质蜡油转化率为94.7%,轻质燃料油选择性高达95.58%,表现出优异的催化活性。因此,具有更大的介孔孔道和孔径的A型氧化铝更适合作费托蜡加氢裂化催化剂的载体。
Abstract
Two kinds of alumina are chosen as support respectively to prepare two kinds of catalyst. The reaction performance of two catalysts is evaluated on a Fischer-Tropsch wax hydrocracking pilot. The structure, and physical and chemical properties of the alumina and the catalysts are characterized via low-temperature nitrogen adsorption and desorption, X-ray diffraction and pyridine-infrared diffuse reflection. Over Cat. -B catalyst, the conversion rate of heavy wax oil can reach 98.46%, the selectivity of light fuel oil achieves 92.76%. Over Cat. -A catalyst, the selectivity for light fuel oil reaches 95.58% and the conversion rate of heavy wax oil is 94.7%, showing an excellent catalytic activity. Type A alumina with larger mesoporous pores and pore diameter is more suitable as a carrier for Fischer-Tropsch wax hydrocracking catalyst.
