摘要

从制备乙酰丙酸乙酯的原料选择和机理出发,综述了近年来生物质及其衍生物醇解制备乙酰丙酸乙酯的工艺条件和催化体系,阐述了当前制备过程中存在的不足,并指出在未来研究中需克服的问题和研究的主要方向。

Abstract

Ethyl levulinate is a new chemical substance that can be used as a biofuel and petroleum additive. Starting from feedstock selection and mechanism for the preparation of ethyl levulinate, this paper reviews the technological conditions and catalytic system for the preparation of ethyl levulinate from biomass and its derivatives through alcoholysis process in recent years, elaborates the deficiencies in the current preparation process, and points out the problems to be solved and main directions in the future research.
