摘要

对5种常用甲烷重整工艺的技术特点、优缺点及其工业适用性进行了归纳对比。重点从工作原理、反应器结构、生产效率等方面分析了各反应器的优劣势,简述了固定床甲烷重整反应器、流化床甲烷重整反应器及微通道甲烷重整反应器的工业化进展。介绍了甲烷重整催化剂、强化催化甲烷重整技术的研究进展。并对甲烷重整技术发展趋势进行了分析与展望。

Abstract

Technical characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and industrial applicability of five common methane reforming processes are summarized and compared. Advantages and disadvantages of the reactor for each process are analyzed from the aspects of working principle, reactor structure and production efficiency, and the industrialization progress on fixed bed methane reforming reactor, fluidized bed methane reforming reactor and micro-channel methane reforming reactor is briefly described. Research progress on methane reforming catalyst and enhanced catalytic methane reforming technology is introduced. Development trend of methane reforming technology is analyzed and prospected.
