摘要
铊是一种伴生元素,通常存在于铅、锌、铁、铜等金属的硫化矿中。铊及其化合物有毒,铊的无机盐化合物较铅、汞、镉、锑等重金属的无机盐化合物毒性更大。钢铁行业是涉铊行业之一,分析了钢铁行业含铊废水的来源、铊污染现状,梳理了含铊废水治理要求及治理技术,同时总结了钢铁行业铊排放控制存在的问题,从加强源头防控、加强钢铁行业废水排放环节监控、强化含铊废物监管力度等3个方面提出了钢铁行业含铊废水污染防治对策建议。
Abstract
Thallium is an associated element, which occurs commonly in the vicinity of lead, zinc, iron, copper and other metallic ore deposits. Thallium and its compounds are toxic, and the inorganic salts of thallium are even more toxic than those of lead, mercury, cadmium, antimony and other heavy metals. The iron and steel industry is one of the industries that would cause thallium pollution. This paper analyzes the cause of thallium-containing wastewater and the current situation of thallium pollution in the iron and steel industry, reviews the treatment requirements and technologies for thallium-containing wastewater, and summarizes the problems in the control of discharging thallium contamination. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the prevention and control of thallium contamination in wastewater from the iron and steel industrial, such as strengthening prevention and control from the beginning, monitoring wastewater discharge in the iron and steel industry, and strengthening the supervision of thallium-containing wastes.
