摘要

针对以六氯环三磷腈为"核"的星型拓扑分子需依赖基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术才能准确测定其分子质量这一现状,根据光谱学的基本原理研究发展了一种紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱联合应用表征星型发光超支化化合物分子结构的新方法,证明了待测物溶液与对照物溶液从吸光度、吸收峰积分面积、发射峰积分面积3个度量标准都呈现6倍关系,进而确定接枝数量,并与质谱法进行了一致性验证。结果表明,该方法不需要依赖于MALDI-TOF-MS昂贵的仪器设备,具有高效、准确、低成本的特点。

Abstract

It is necessary to use matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) technology to detect accurately the molecular weight of star-shaped topological molecules with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene as the "nucleus".Therefore a new method combining ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy is developed to characterize the topological structure of star-shaped luminescent hyperbranched compounds in stead of MALDI-TOF-MS.Hexa- cyclotriphosphazene (HBACP) is used as the model compound,and anthracene is used as the contrast.Detection results show that the ratio of the absorbance of HBACP to anthracene at the same molar concentration is about 6,and the ratio of the integrated area of absorption peak and the ratio of the integrated area of emission peak are also near 6.Therefore,it can be presumed that the molecular structure of HBACP contains 6 anthracene groups attached to cyclotriphosphazene core.The molecular weight of HBACP determined by MALDI-TOF-MS technology is 2 206.9,which is consistent with the theoretical calculation value m/z=2 206.7 of ChemDraw software.Spectral speculation results are consistent with mass spectrometry results.The results show this method does not rely on MALDI-TOF-MS expensive instruments and equipment,and has the characteristics of high efficiency,accuracy and low cost.
