摘要
以热裂解市政污泥获得的活性炭(ASS)为载体、钛酸四丁酯为钛源、Bi (NO3)3·5H2O为铋源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Bi2O3-TiO2/ASS光催化剂,并测试其对医疗废水中的头孢成分在可见光下的光催化降解活性。结果表明,ASS的最佳制备条件为:污泥预处理的活化剂氯化锌的浓度为2 mol/L、热解温度为600℃、热解时间为40 min;Bi2O3、TiO2、ASS质量比为1:1:2制备的Bi2O3-TiO2/ASS三元催化剂具有较高光催化活性,可见光照射180 min对头孢氨苄的降解率可达70%,优于单体Bi2O3和TiO2,表现出优越的可见光光催化性能。
Abstract
Taking the photocatalytic effect of catalyst as evaluation criteria,activated carbon (ASS) obtained from pyrolysis of municipal sludge as carrier,tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and Bi(NO3)3·5H2O as bismuth source,Bi2O3-TiO2/ASS photocatalyst is prepared by sol-gel method,and its photocatalytic degradation activity for cephalosporin in medical wastewater is tested under visible light.The optimal preparation conditions for ASS are obtained as follows:the concentration of zinc chloride is 2 mol·L-1,pyrolysis temperature remains at 600℃,the pyrolysis lasts for 40 min,and the mass ratio of Bi2O3,TiO2 and ASS is 1:1:2.Bi2O3-TiO2/ASS ternary catalyst prepared under the optimal conditions can realize 70% degradation rate to cephalexin under visible light irradiation within 180 min,which is superior to either Bi2O3 or TiO2 alone,showing superior visible light photocatalytic performance.
