重点介绍了近年来生物三维打印中丝素蛋白墨水材料的交联方式研究进展,包括物理交联、化学交联、酶促交联和光交联等,以及各种交联方式对墨水材料可打印性和生物相容性的影响,并对丝素蛋白三维打印墨水材料的发展前景进行了展望。
Abstract
Latest research progress on the cross-linking methods for silk fibroin ink materials in 3D bio-printing are introduced,including physical cross-linking,chemical cross-linking,enzymatic cross-linking,and photo-cross-linking.Effects of various cross-linking methods on the printability and biocompatibility of bio-inks materials are also discussed,and the development prospects of silk fibroin-based bio-inks materials for 3D printing are given.
