摘要

煤化工产业目前面临环保、碳减排、生存压力,亟待转型升级。煤制天然气工厂可以在不影响主产品的基础上,调整部分工艺路线提纯氢气,为煤化工企业新增一个高价值副产品,但氢气如何跨越地域运输尚无报道。综述了气氢液化、储氢材料储氢、长输管道掺氢3种技术路线的可行性和有利条件,借助氢能产业蓬勃发展之势,实现煤化工产业的转型升级。

Abstract

At present,the coal chemical industry is facing challenges from environmental protection,carbon emission reduction and survival pressure,which needs to be transformed and upgraded.Coal to natural gas plant can adjust some process routes to purify hydrogen without affecting other main products,therefore adding a high value by-product for the plant.However,there is no reports on the routes to transport hydrogen across regions.The feasibility and advantages of three long-distance hydrogen transportation technical routes are reviewed,including hydrogen liquefaction,hydrogen storage by hydrogen-storing material and hydrogen-blending long-distance pipeline.By means of the vigorous development of hydrogen energy industry,the coal chemical industry may realize transformation and upgrading.
