摘要

采用普通精馏工艺从醋酸甲酯-水-醋酸乙烯混合体系中提纯醋酸乙烯会消耗大量的能量,为解决这一难题,设计出一种新型的热泵精馏工艺,并采用Aspen Plus软件对此混合体系进行了普通精馏工艺和热泵精馏工艺的稳态模拟。首先基于NRTL热力学模型提出了基于塔顶气体直接压缩式热泵精馏的工艺原理;随后通过模拟计算得到了此种热泵精馏工艺分离醋酸乙烯的最佳工艺操作参数和设备参数;最后分别对普通精馏工艺和热泵精馏工艺的能耗和综合能耗进行了分析对比。研究结果表明,对精馏塔塔顶塔底温差较小且沸点接近的醋酸甲酯-水-醋酸乙烯混合体系而言,采用塔顶气体直接压缩式热泵精馏技术可以节约96.46%的热负荷,87.55%的冷负荷、89.87%的综合能耗、节约能耗费用449元/h。

Abstract

It is well accepted that the use of conventional distillation process to separate vinyl acetate in the ternary system of methyl acetate-water-vinyl acetate consumes a large amount of energy.In order to solve this problem,a new heat pump distillation technique is proposed.Aspen plus software is utilized to conduct steady-state simulation on the separation of methyl acetate-water-vinyl acetate system by common distillation technique and heat pump distillation technique,respectively.Based on a suitable NRTL thermodynamic model,the heat pump distillation with a gas compressor on the top of the tower is designed and analyzed in depth,while the operating parameters and equipment parameters are derived.Common distillation technique and heat pump distillation technique are compared in the aspects of energy consumption and comprehensive energy consumption.Results indicate that the heat pump distillation technique with a gas compressor at the top of the tower can save energy for methyl acetate-water-vinyl acetate system because of small temperature differences at the top and the bottom of the tower.Compared with the conventional distillation technique,the heat pump technique can save heat duty,cooling duty,comprehensive energy consumption and energy cost by 96.84%,88.89%,90.93% and 525 RMB/h,respectively.
