摘要

采用乙二醇与三乙醇胺为改性剂、无水乙醇为溶剂配制钢渣助磨剂,将钢渣助磨剂与钢渣混合后粉磨获得钢渣超微粉。利用钢渣超微粉取代部分炭黑制备一系列钢渣超微粉/丁苯橡胶复合材料。考察钢渣助磨剂配方与钢渣超微粉用量对钢渣超微粉/丁苯橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响,并且分析其作用机理。结果表明,当乙二醇用量为0.10 mL、三乙醇胺用量为0.10 mL、无水乙醇用量为0.10 mL、电炉渣质量为20 g、炭黑质量为30 g时,钢渣超微粉/丁苯橡胶复合材料的力学性能较好,即拉伸强度为22.01 MPa、拉断伸长率为605.27%、撕裂强度为40.74 kN/m、邵尔A硬度为62。以乙二醇、三乙醇胺与无水乙醇为钢渣助磨剂可改善钢渣超微粉的粒度分布,有利于钢渣超微粉的物理吸附效果与分散效果,提高钢渣超微粉/丁苯橡胶结构的牢固度与丁苯橡胶包裹钢渣超微粉的效果。

Abstract

With ethylene glycol and triethanolamine as modifiers,and absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent,steel slag grinding aid is prepared.Steel slag ultrafine powder is obtained by mixing and grinding steel slag grinding aid and steel slag together.A series of steel slag ultrafine powder/styrene butadiene rubber composite materials are prepared by using steel slag ultrafine powder to replace carbon black partially.Influences of the formula of steel slag grinding aid and the using amount of steel slag ultrafine powder on the mechanical properties of the prepared steel slag ultrafine powder/styrene butadiene rubber composite materials are studied,and the action mechanism is analyzed.Results indicate that steel slag ultrafine powder/styrene butadiene rubber composite materials have better mechanical properties when the adding amounts of ethylene glycol,triethanolamine,absolute ethyl alcohol,electric furnace slag and carbon black are 0.10 mL,0.10 mL,0.10 mL,20 g and 30 g,respectively.The materials have a tensile strength of 22.01 MPa,an elongation at break of 605.27%,a tearing strength of 40.74 kN·m-1 and a shore A hardness of 62.Steel slag grinding aid made by ethylene glycol,triethanolamine and absolute ethyl alcohol can improve the particle size distribution of steel slag ultrafine powder,which is beneficial to increase the physical adsorption and dispersion effects of steel slag ultrafine powder,and improve structural firmness of steel slag ultrafine powder/styrene butadiene rubber and the coating effect of styrene butadiene rubber to steel slag ultrafine powder.
