摘要
以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为单体,全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为改性剂,2,2-双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为乳化剂,将单体与不同质量分数、质量比为1:1的2种改性剂共聚,并利用三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)作为外交联剂,制备了一系列聚合物乳液。对乳液的粒径、储存稳定性和黏度等进行了测定,对胶膜的耐水性、耐热性、硬度和耐化学品性、断裂面和表面的微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,DMPA质量分数高于3.3%时,乳液外观、储存稳定性良好;TMP的加入可明显提高胶膜硬度;含氟与含硅基团的引入明显提高了胶膜的耐水性和耐热性,当2种改性剂质量分数为9%、质量比为1:1时,热分解温度较改性前提高了20℃,吸水率为7.7%。
Abstract
A series of polymer emulsions are prepared by using polyadipate-1,4-butanediol glycol (PBA) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as monomers,perfluoroalkylethyl acrylate and vinyltriethoxysilane as modifiers,2,2-bismethylolpropionic acid as an emulsifier,and trimethylolpropane (TMP) as a diplomatic agent,through copolymerizing two monomers with two modifiers at different mass fractions and a fixed mass ratio of 1:1.The particle size,storage stability and viscosity of the emulsion are measured,and the water resistance,heat resistance,hardness,and chemical resistance of adhesive film,and the micro-morphology of the fracture facet and surface are characterized.Results show that the appearance and storage stability of the emulsion are good when the DMPA content is higher than 3.3%.The addition of TMP can improve significantly the hardness of the adhesive film,with the maximum hardness being 50.3 HA,while the addition of fluorine- and silicon-containing groups can increase obviously the water resistance and heat resistance.As total mass fraction of two modifiers is 9% and the mass ratio between them is 1:1,thermal decomposition temperature of the film is 20℃ higher than that of the film before modification,and the water absorption reaches 7.7%.
