摘要
采用UV、O3和UV/O3 3种方法处理化工园区污水处理厂实际生化尾水,考察了UV灯功率、照射时长、O3投加量和反应初始pH等因素对反应过程的影响。结果表明,UV/O3的处理效果大于UV和O3处理效果的总和,具有协同效应;在UV灯功率为16 W、O3体积浓度为0.6 mL/min、初始pH=7.1、照射时长120 min的条件下,尾水COD从82.3 mg/L降至49.5 mg/L,COD去除率达40%,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。
Abstract
Three methods,including UV,O3 and UV/O3,are separately used to treat with actual biochemical tail-water of the sewage treatment plant in a chemical industrial park.Influences of UV lamp power,irradiation time,O3 dosage and reaction initial pH on the reaction are explored.The results show that the treatment effect by UV/O3 is larger than the sum of that by UV and O3,representing a synergistic effect.The content of COD in tail water drops from 82.3 mg·L-1 to 49.5 mg·L-1,with a removal rate of 40% when the power of UV lamp is 16 w,the dosage of O3 is 0.6 mL·min-1,the initial pH is 7.1,and the duration of irradiation is 120 min.The effluent reaches grade A of China's Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918—2002).
