摘要

介绍了碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的优点及其主要成型工艺,在分析不同成型工艺对环氧树脂性能要求的基础上总结了研究热点。重点讨论了近年来预浸料、RTM、缠绕成型等工艺所用环氧树脂体系在力学性能、功能性及可加工性能方面的技术突破,并对未来碳纤维复合材料用环氧树脂体系的发展进行了展望。

Abstract

The advantages and main molding processes of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix composites are introduced.By analyzing the performance requirements of epoxy resin used for different molding processes,the research hotspots are summarized.This paper focuses on the technical breakthroughs in mechanical properties,functionality and processability of epoxy resin system used for prepreg,RTM,winding and forming processes respectively in recent years,and looks forward to the development of epoxy resin systems for carbon fiber composites in the future.
