摘要

综述了钾长石制备钾肥的研究现状,分类介绍了烧结法、熔盐离子交换法、碳酸盐焙烧法、碱性水热法、亚熔盐法、无机酸分解法和微生物分解法的反应原理与工艺过程,并提出了钾长石综合利用的建议,在回收钾的同时合理利用Al2O3和SiO2

Abstract

Potash feldspar is a kind of insoluble potash resource with high potassium content,widest reserves distribution and largest reserves.This paper reviews the research status in potash fertilizer preparation by potash feldspar,introduces the reaction principle and process of sintering method,molten salt ion exchange method,carbonates roasting method,alkaline hydrothermal method,sub molten salt method,inorganic acid decomposition method and microbial decomposition method,and puts forward some suggestions about the comprehensive utilization of potash feldspar.It is suggested that Al2O3 and SiO2 shall be used reasonably while potassium is recovered.
