摘要
采用循环伏安法,在玻碳电极上电沉积聚苯胺作为固态接触层,再将铵离子敏感膜溶液滴涂于固态接触层表面,制得了全固态新型铵离子选择性电极,并优化了固态接触层和敏感膜的制备工艺,提高了电极的性能。测试结果表明,该电极在10-1~10-5 mol/L范围内呈现能斯特响应,响应斜率为59.30 mV/dec,检测下限低至5.0×10-6 mol/L,重复测定的相对标准偏差小于2%;与商用电极相比,消除了Na+的干扰并提高了K+的选择性;用于实际废水分析时,电极检测结果准确、性能稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
Abstract
Polyaniline is electrodeposited onto a glassy carbon electrode as solid contact layer by cyclic voltammetry method,and a novel all-solid-state ammonium ion selective electrode is prepared by dripping ammonium ion sensing membrane solution on the surface of solid contact layer.The preparation technologies of solid contact layer and sensitive film are optimized to improve the performance of electrode.The test results show that this electrode exhibits Nernst response for ammonium ion with a slope of 59.30 mV·dec-1 over the concentration range of 10-1-10-5 mol·L-1,and the detection limit is as low as 5.0×10-6 mol·L-1.Relative standard deviation of the electrode repeatability is less than 2%.Compared with a commercial electrode,the prepared electrode can eliminate the interference of Na+ and improve the selectivity of K+.When it is used in the actual wastewater detection,the detection results are accurate and the performance of the electrode is stable,indicating a potential application prospect.
