摘要

针对加氢裂化反应系统出现的露点腐蚀隐患,利用Aspen Plus化工软件进行数据模拟预测,提出高压系统反应流出物的露点温度点,采取注水点前移和设备材质升级等有效的技术改造措施来防护,减少高压换热器等输送设备的露点腐蚀概率,提高加氢装置的安全稳定生产,该方法可推广至同类加氢装置的露点腐蚀失效预测与防护。

Abstract

In the light of dew point corrosion hidden danger happened at the hydrocracking reaction system,data simulation prediction is performed by means of Aspen Plus chemical software,and the dew point temperature of reaction effluent is proposed for a high pressure system.The effective technical transformation measures such as forward water injection point and equipment material upgrading are adopted to reduce the dew point corrosion probability of high-pressure heat exchanger and other conveying equipment,improving the security and stability of hydrogenation unit operation.The method can be extended to the similar hydrogenation of dew point corrosion failure prediction and protection.
