摘要
蒸汽汽提是柴油炼油工艺中不可或缺的环节,利用高速摄像技术揭示了水蒸气作用下柴油油包水乳液的微观形成过程,并通过含水量、浊度、透光率和水滴粒径分布表征了乳液的沉降性和稳定性。针对工业过程中普遍存在的降温返浑现象,量化分析了温度变化对低含水柴油乳液外观的影响,结果表明,乳液临界返浑质量分数约为90 μg/g,该方法为成品柴油外观及含水指标控制提供了参考。
Abstract
Steam stripping is an indispensable link in the diesel refining process.By means of micro high-speed camera technology,the microscopic formation process of diesel water-in-oil emulsion under the action of water vapor is revealed.The sedimentation and stability of the emulsion is characterized by water content,turbidity,transmittance and the particle size distribution of water droplets.The water content bottleneck of the free sedimentation of the emulsion is about 200 ppm for the first time.Further,the temperature change impacting the appearance of low water content diesel emulsion is analyzed quantitatively.It is found that the critical back-turbid water content of the emulsion is about 90 ppm.The research results have improved the understanding of the stripped diesel containing emulsified water,and provided important reference for the index of the appearance and the water content of diesel oil.
