摘要
在阐述内部能量集成的精馏塔(HIDiC)的基础上,综述了该技术在国内外研究的最新进展,涵盖了工作原理、节能效果以及不同类型HIDiC的结构和配置,在此基础上提出了一种新型Ideal-Super-HIDiC耦合结构。最后评估了不同形式精馏系统的成本和节能效果,介绍了HIDiC的工业应用案例。
Abstract
On the basis of explaining the internal energy integrated distillation column,the latest progress on this technology in the world is summarized,covering the working principle,energy-saving effects,and the structures and configurations of different types of HIDiC.A new type of Ideal-Super-HIDiC coupling structure is established.Finally,the cost and energy-saving effects of different forms of distillation systems are evaluated,and several industrial application cases of HIDiC are introduced.
