摘要

为探寻制糖工业水污染物减排空间,全面调研了我国主要甘蔗和甜菜制糖省份共计178家制糖企业,并从基准排水量和水污染物排放浓度两个关键角度分析了制糖工业水污染物减排潜力。结果表明,各制糖省份水污染物排放强度差异明显,云南、广东、新疆等地的制糖企业水污染减排潜力较大,且制糖行业水污染物的未来减排动力主要来源于水污染排放浓度的进一步降低。建议加强制糖工业水污染物排放的国家和地方管控,同时完善区域环境管理。

Abstract

In order to explore the space for reducing water pollutants in China's sugar industry,a total of 178 sugar plants in China's major cane sugar and beet sugar manufacturing provinces are researched comprehensively,and the discharge reduction potential of water pollutants in the sugar industry is analyzed from two key perspectives:benchmark effluent volume per unit product and water pollutants discharge concentration.The results reveal there exists obvious disparity in water pollutant discharge intensity among different sugar-producing provinces,sugar plants in Yunnan province,Guangdong province and Xinjiang region have a great potential to reduce water pollution,and the driving force for the future reduction of water pollutants in the sugar industry mainly comes from the further reduction of water pollutants discharge concentration.It is suggested that the central and local governments shall strengthen management and control on water pollutant discharge in the sugar industry,and improve regional environmental management.
