摘要

具有绿色环保、选择性高、过程简单等优势的丙烯气相直接环氧化制环氧丙烷技术,正逐步成为学术界关注的热点。对丙烯气相直接环氧化制环氧丙烷技术的全球专利布局情况及创新态势进行了宏观分析,筛选出87项关键专利,并针对中、德、美、日等国家及重点专利权人的申请趋势、申请区域进行剖析,进而从专利视角围绕催化剂、工艺与设备3个技术维度的技术功效及创新路径进行了详细研究。

Abstract

The technology for production of propylene oxide through gas phase direct epoxidation of propylene,with advantages such as environmental friendliness,high selectivity,and simple,is gradually becoming a highlight in the academic community.By having screened out 87 key patents,this paper delivers a macro analysis on global patent layout and innovation situation about the technology for production of propylene oxide through gas phase direct epoxidation of propylene.It also dissects the patent application trends and patent application areas by China,Germany,the United States,Japan and other key patentees.From the perspective of patents,this paper analyzes the technical effects and innovation paths from three technical dimensions including catalyst,process and equipment.
