摘要

重整C9+重芳烃中几乎不含烯烃,稳定性好,可以进一步加工利用。重整C9+重芳烃目前有3种利用途径:用作油品调和组分;作为制备BTX轻质芳烃的原料;加以分离利用。综述了重整C9+重芳烃分离技术,介绍了中国重整C9+重芳烃分离利用状况,并对投资和效益进行了分析。总体来说,国内主要重整C9+重芳烃组分偏三甲苯、均三甲苯、甲乙苯、均四甲苯分离技术成熟,但市场容量有限,企业投资须慎重。

Abstract

C9+ heavy aromatics from reformation unit contain hardly olefins,show a good stability and can be further processed and utilized.There are currently 3 kinds of utilization routes for C9+ heavy aromatics from reformation,such as using as a blending component for oil products,using as a raw material for production of BTX,and being separated and utilized.This paper reviews the separation technologies for C9+ heavy aromatics from reformation,introduces the separation and utilization status of C9+ heavy aromatics from reformation in China,and analyzes the investment and economic effects of the separation and utilization route.In a sum,China has developed mature separation technologies for major components in C9+ heavy aromatics from reformation,including 1,2,4-trimethylbenze,mesitylene,methylethylbenzene and durene.However,the market sizes for these four products are not large,the companies shall be in cautious in investing on such projects.
