船用燃料油是重要的炼油产品之一，在国际海事组织（IMO）限硫规定实施后，将对炼油产业产生较大影响。在阐述国内外船燃降硫政策的基础上，分析了船燃降硫对炼油产业的影响，重点论述了IMO限硫规定在短期及中长期内对我国炼油产业生产和运营产生的影响及提供的发展机遇，针对我国炼油企业应对策略提出了建议。

Bunker fuel oil is one of the important oil products.The international maritime organization (IMO) executes the regulation that ships sailing in all waters of the world must meet new SO_x emission standard since January 1^st,2020,which requires lowering sulfur content in bunker fuel oil from no more than 3.5 m/m% to no more than 0.5 m/m%.IMO's new regulation has a great influence on the refining industry.Based on a brief description of lowing bunker oil sulfur content policies in China and in the world,influences of the policy implementation on oil refining industry are analyzed,with focus on the influences of IMO new regulation on the production and operation of China's refining industry in a short term and in a long run,as well as the development opportunities brought about by the regulation.Finally,suggestions on the relating countermeasures are proposed for China's refining companies.
