通过进出口、从业人数、产值、产品结构等各项数据分析，对中美两国化工产业的规模、研发投入、产业政策以及相应优势领域进行了比较及思考。提出在目前贸易冲突背景下，应及时摒弃"去工业化"思潮影响，反思自身不足，大力推进化工产业新旧动能转换进程，调整产业结构，打破进口产品技术限制。

Through analyzing various data such as import and export,employment,production and product portfolio,the comparison and consideration are performed on the scale,R&D expenditure,industry policies and corresponding superior sectors of China's and the US's chemical industry.It is proposed that in the context of current trade dispute,the influence of the "de-industrialization" idea shall be abandoned in a timely manner,China's chemical industry shall reflect on its own shortcomings,promote vigorously the transformation of the old and new production capacity of the chemical industry,adjust the industrial structure,and break down the technical restrictions from abroad.
