摘要

提出了一种利用LNG冷能进行流化床式海水冷冻淡化的具体方案,该方法中载冷剂冷量来自于LNG气化所释放的冷能,载冷剂进入流化床制冰器壳程与管程内海水换热制冰,流态化固体颗粒通过碰撞传热管壁去除冰晶形成冰浆,冰晶经分离洗涤融化后得到淡水。该方法通过合理控制颗粒粒径、床层孔隙率、传热温差等工艺参数,可实现连续稳定高效的制冰淡化。进行了载冷剂的分析选取,研究了流化床海水制冰淡化系统的流程、系统稳定运行条件及关键工艺参数的选取,并以产水量100 L/h为例进行了工艺设计。

Abstract

A scheme for freezing desalination of seawater in a liquid/solid fluidized bed by utilizing LNG cold energy is presented.Cold charge of the refrigerant comes from cold energy released during LNG vaporization.The refrigerant enters the shell side of the fluidized bed to exchange heat with seawater in pipe side where ice is made.The fluidized solid particles form into ice slurry by colliding the wall of the heat transfer pipe to remove ice crystals,and then the ice crystals are separated,washed and melted to get fresh water.This method can achieve continuous,stable and efficient freezing desalination by reasonably controlling the particle size,bed porosity,heat transfer temperature difference and other process parameters.The refrigerant is screened and selected,and the process flow of the fluidized bed freezing seawater system,the stable operating conditions of the system and the selection of key process parameters are studied.An example process design is carried out with a water production capacity of 100 liter per hour.
